What makes Blue World different
Active Lifestyle Cruising
Blue World is the only ocean-going experience created to provide healthy, active people (and those aspiring to be healthy and active) a way to continue to do at sea what they routinely enjoy on land. Cycling. Hiking. Sports. Yoga. Exercise. Anything and everything to improve their health and engage their minds in personal discovery, along with truly immersive cultural and culinary experiences.
A different kind of ship
A ship focused on sports and wellness. One entire deck dedicated to the craving for an adrenaline rush: multi-sports simulators, swim gym, Pilates, TRX and yoga studios, a golf school, onboard custom bike-fitting, and the largest strength and conditioning facility at sea.
Another full deck features the largest spa (per passenger) afloat. 40K sq. ft. of world-class wellness and authentic recovery-based amenities: individual and couples massage, outdoor therapy pool, cryotherapy treatments, sauna, steam rooms, Himalayan salt room, body wraps and scrubs, a breathtaking ocean view solarium, and a full-service sports medicine clinic.
Blue World will also have an ocean-level seawater lap pool and marina, and watersports equipment custom designed for the wet version of our guest’s active lifestyle.
The Healthiest Ship at Sea ( I think this idea is more ‘Wellness everywhere’’ the whole healthiest thing was a big covid era thing.. not sure its so relevant now??
Wellness everywhere – it’s part of our Blue World DNA. This means our guests won’t just find it in the spa. It’s embedded in everything, everywhere on the ship (be it _____ or ______).
[What else makes us “healthiest ship at sea”]
It’s also a critical component of every shore excursion, whether it’s experiencing local yoga and meditation customs, or sampling healthy fare made fresh from locally-sourced ingredients.
Yacht-inspired design with room to breathe.
In every respect, Blue World’s vessel will look, feel and operate more like a luxury megayacht than a traditional cruise ship. (Add after a transformative $100million renovation and refit?.. This is very very important IMHO – if we dont want to say how much ((most cruise lines do note it though)). The big idea is taking this 20 year old ship and totally re-envisioning it top to bottom – most or all other brands who have bought an old ship do very minor renovations nothing like we are doing).
Our breakthrough Adaptive ReFit™ Technology enables us to downsize a larger ship (from 1500 to 500 passenger capacity), offering a more luxurious, spacious low-density travel experience tailored to an “open air” healthy lifestyle.
